It is reported that the retail giant McDonald has already systematically rolled out self-service order kiosks to stores as it works to build a better experience for its customers. Customers can choose to walk to the front counter and line up and take their drink and find a table or go through the drive-through. They can order through mobile, or come curbside and servers will run it out as well as the existing traditional ways. What’s more, they can pay in different ways and customize their food in different ways. “We’re trying to add choices and variety and introducing many options”. McDonald explained it.
